Information Visitors Provide
Search Terms
When a name, location, or other query is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Nantucket County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records.
Messages and Emails
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond and manage the communication. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

The site links to official Massachusetts public-records pages, sheriff and corrections websites, court resources, federal locators, and third-party search tools. Once a visitor follows an outside link, that destination's privacy policy and terms control its handling of information.
Massachusetts public-records and CORI rules govern many official records held by public offices. This site hosts no official jail, court, or CORI record and does not control how agencies respond under Massachusetts law, including Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 66, Section 10.
Advertising partners may use their own cookies or identifiers to measure ads or personalize advertising across websites. That tracking occurs on their systems, not as an official Nantucket or Massachusetts records function.
